Returns & Exchanges

At KREWE, we want you to love your frames as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all full-priced eyewear. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Frames

  Securely place your eyewear, along with the original case and cleaning cloth, into the shipping box and attach the prepaid label to the exterior.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our New Orleans studio, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
